Background of the event:

In autumn 2024, East and North Finland participated in a Targeted Support Assignment provided by the European Commission. This initiative supports the implementation and governance of the joint smart specialisation strategy for East and North Finland. As part of the Targeted Assignment, regional stakeholder interviews were conducted, and an innovation camp was organised in Rovaniemi, where regional stakeholders gathered to discuss smart specialisation cooperation and its development opportunities.

The experts appointed by the Commission for this assignment are:
